“It was a terrible experience. There was no instruction that I am required to change my tickets at the information counter. I am only aware of this when I queued for almost 20 mins in the line. Please note that the lines are long. You will be given an ipad and headset for the casa batlo experience but no instruction was given on what to do with them and in fact, you have to figure it out and to click on them when you are at each spot. It was so crowded that you are just waiting in line to get one point to another. I did not enjoy the…”
